The Camp Angelos/OWHF Youth Fish Camp is an overnight camp designed for boys and girls age 9-14. The camp includes a small ratio of campers to counselors, daily meals, lodging, equipment and professional instruction.
Stocked trout ponds, hiking trails, campfire areas, playing fields, archery range and private Sandy River access for fly fishing classes make Camp Angelos the perfect setting.
The mission of Camp Angelos and the Oregon Wildlife is having fun, while introducing boys and girls to the beginning of a lifetime enjoyment of fishing. This natural setting is the perfect backdrop for our skilled instructors to teach both fish habitat and conservation to preserve our environment for future generations.
Need based scholarships are made available through the generous donations from American Hellenic Educational Center, Oregon Wildlife, Tournament of Golf Foundation, ODFW Restoration and Enhancement Program, Frank & Margaret Bitar Foundation, Larsen’s Creamery, Bobby Keerins, Bill Monroe, Rod Brobeck, Carol & Velma Saling Foundation, Flyfisher Foundation, Herbert A.
